Returns and exchanges are accepted on full-priced, unworn, merchandise within 10 days of delivery. The return amount will be credited to a gift card / store credit. Jewellery, sale products and promo orders are final sale. Gifts may be eligible for exchange or gift card/store credit. Note that the customer will be responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs to Vancouver, Canada, or they can visit the boutique at 2776 Granville St. to process the return / exchange.
All sale merchandise, along with jewellery, swimwear and intimates will be final sale.
All returning merchandise must comply with the following:
• Not be worn, washed, stained or altered
• Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc
• Include any original boxes (shoes) and dustbags
• The goods must be well packed
• Boboli team must be notified of return delivery prior to shipping
The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Boboli.
