Orders within Vancouver will usually arrive in 1-3 business days. Orders within Canada will usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. Deliveries outside of Canada can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Details above are estimates and accurate details will be provided at checkout.
We ship from Vancouver, Canada, to destinations all over the world. Costs and timelines will be calculated at checkout.
Our primary shipping provider is Canada Post. We also use other major carriers for deliveries outside of Canada, and may use local couriers within Greater Vancouver.
We cannot accept liability for shipping loss or damage after proof of delivery has been established by the carrier to the address provided.

Canada - Free shipping for orders over $500*. Under $500, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. No duties. In-store pick up available from 2776 Granville St. in Vancouver at no charge.
US & Rest of World - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Customer will be responsible for duties and taxes per country regulations. For fine jewellery shipping rates please email info@boboli.ca. All US and international orders are final sale.

Pick up in store is available at 2776 Granville Street during shop hours. Please select PICK UP from the Checkout Page. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from our team notifying you that your parcel is ready. Please be prepared to provide your order number and valid identification for our team to be able to release the parcel to you. If you are unable to personally pickup your order and will be sending someone in your place, please notify Boboli ahead of time and provide the name of the person who will be picking up on your behalf. Please note, identification and order number will always be required by Boboli before we release the parcel (whether it is you or your designated pickup person). Customer parking is available at the back of our store.
Returns / Exchanges

Canada - Return to store credit and exchanges are accepted on full-priced, unworn, merchandise within 2 days for in-store purchases and within 5 days from the delivery date for online orders. Details below.
US & International - No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Return Policy Details (Canada only)
The return amount will be credited to a gift card / store credit. Gifts may be eligible for exchange or gift card/store credit. Note that the customer will be responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs to Vancouver, Canada, or they can visit the boutique at 2776 Granville St. to process the return / exchange. If your return has been approved by Boboli, future purchases made using store credit will not be eligible for return.
All sale & promo merchandise, along with jewellery, swimwear and intimates will be final sale.
All returning merchandise must comply with the following:
• Not be worn, washed, stained or altered
• Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc
• Include any original boxes (shoes) and dustbags
• The goods must be well packed
• Boboli team must be notified of return delivery prior to shipping
The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Boboli.
For in-store exchanges or credits, please visit the shop within 2 days of purchase.
For online orders delivered within Canada, please contact us at info@boboli.ca within 5 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or credit. All exchanges and credits must be approved by the Boboli team prior to shipping. The return amount will be credited to a gift card or to store credit. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If package is refused, a restocking fee equal to the return shipping charge will be deducted from the store credit.
