Canada - Return to store credit and exchanges are accepted on full-priced, unworn, merchandise within 2 days for in-store purchases and within 5 days from the delivery date for online orders. Details below.
US & International - No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Return Policy Details (Canada only)
The return amount will be credited to a gift card / store credit. Gifts may be eligible for exchange or gift card/store credit. Note that the customer will be responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs to Vancouver, Canada, or they can visit the boutique at 2776 Granville St. to process the return / exchange. If your return has been approved by Boboli, future purchases made using store credit will not be eligible for return.
All sale & promo merchandise, along with jewellery, swimwear and intimates will be final sale.
All returning merchandise must comply with the following:
• Not be worn, washed, stained or altered
• Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc
• Include any original boxes (shoes) and dustbags
• The goods must be well packed
• Boboli team must be notified of return delivery prior to shipping
